the eveleigh

Inspired by our trips through California wine country, the Eveleigh offers seasonal Californian cuisine, in a rustic environment. When you walk into the Eveleigh, we want you to feel you have entered the warmth and comfort of an old farm house, leaving the stresses of the city behind.

Kassi club - Coming soon!

The name Kassi Club is inspired by our favorite area of Greece, the island of Kastellorizo, in the Southeastern Mediterranean. Kassi Club will make guests feel as if they are walking into a new age Greek Taverna. Kassi will encourage group dining with its lounge style seating as well as a menu designed to be shared, highlighted by a charcoal grill and an emphasis on sourcing only the freshest and best produce. The space also includes fire pits, and a DJ booth, welcoming the spirit of island night life.

ruby’s & little ruby’s

Ruby’s pays homage to the Australian neighborhood café. Serving fresh, home-style cooking, in a relaxed and friendly setting, Ruby’s is as much a place to meet friends for a leisurely meal as it is to get a coffee to go.

the happiest hour

Majority owned by John Neidich, The Happiest Hour is a cocktail lounge and diner inspired by the carefree vibes of the Florida resorts and bars of our holidays. In designing the food and interior, we wanted to invoke the color and energy of bygone Florida hotels and lounges.
